Content Lane Core does not operate checkout, carts, or in-browser payments. If money changes hands, it happens off this website after a telephone or email agreement for table time.
When a sitting is prepaid
If we have agreed a time and you have prepaid the quoted teaching fee by a method we named on the call, you may ask to move the sitting once if you give at least 24 hours of notice. We will offer the next free table slot we have.
Cancellations by the studio
If the reading table cannot open because of building closure or illness, we return the prepaid teaching fee in full by the same off-site method originally used, or we reschedule if you prefer. We do not keep a fee for a sitting we could not deliver.
Cancellations by the visitor
Notice under 24 hours, or a missed sitting without notice, means the prepaid fee for that hour is kept. We are a small table; an empty chair cannot be filled at the last minute.
What cannot be refunded because it was never sold here
Digital Marvel comics, NFT files, tokens, marketplace accounts, and third-party software are not sold by this website. There is nothing to refund for those items. Educational web pages are free to read.
Quality of teaching
If you attend a full sitting and believe the described literacy work was not provided, email contact@content-lanecore.click within seven days. We will review the session notes and, where the sitting clearly failed to cover the agreed file work, we will return the teaching fee. Disagreement with Marvel story opinions is not a failure of the sitting.
